Varnish is a neotype oral material which develops rapidly in recently years,It have had extensive study abroad. Varnish is a neotype oral material which develops rapidly in recently years,It have had extensive study abroad. It is one of the topical application of fluoride,among them, fluoride-sodium varnish have more significant effect on prevention of dental caries. This study observed the changes of microhardncss of cramels after applying fiuorid-sodium varnish of different concentration to emamel surfaces. Enamels were randomly parted into three groups,A. B and C. Before fluoride application, the microhardness of enamels were detected, and no significant difference were found among three groups, After that, 0.5%, 1. 5%, 2. 7% fluoride-sodium varnish were daubed respectively on the three groups enamel surfaces for 24h. The microhardness of enamels were detected again. The results showed all the microhardness of enamels have significant increase statistically after applying fluoride-sodium varnish of different concentration. But, for 0. 5% fluorid-Sodium varnish, the increase of microhardness of enamels was only one half of the other two groups, which suggested in some concentration range, the fluoride concentration increased one time,the microhardncss of enamels inereased about one time,But the increase of microhardness of enamels was not synchronized with the increase of fluoride concentration. The increase of microhardness of enamels is almost the same between the two high concentration fluoride-sodium varnish groups,and there in no significant difference statistically. That is when some fluoride concentration were reached, the microhardness of enamels won't increase any more. By the experiment, the writer suggests 1.5% fluorid-sodium varnish is the best on prevention of dental caries.

作者观察应用含不同浓度氟化钠涂膜后牙釉质表面显彼硬度值的改变情况。实验将釉质随机分为A、B、C三组,先测出实验之前的显微硬度值。然后在这三组釉质表面分别涂上0.5%、1.5%、2.7%的氟化钠涂膜24小时,再测显微硬度。结果:三组不同浓度氟化钠涂膜均使牙釉质显微硬度值有显著提高,与处理前比较,具高度显著性差异。A组含0.5%氟化钠涂膜其显微硬度值的增加串仅是其它两组的一半,而B、C两组高浓度氟化钠涂膜之间其硬度值的增加率又几乎相同,这表明,在达到一定的氟浓度后,其硬度值不再增加。作者认为,使用含1.5%氟化钠涂膜对预防龋齿较为理想。

Aim: To study the electric resistance of the crown surface of tooth. Methods: 45 freshly extracted molar teeth, without any lesion and caries, were selected. The electric resistance values at four spots of each cusp, pit and fissure, cervical enamel, cervical cementum of each tooth, were measured respectively. Results: The average electric resistance value of cusp was the highest, and it was significantly different from that of the other sets of the crown surface; the electric resistance value of cervical enamel was next to that of cusp, and it was also significantly different from that of pit and fissure, cervical cementum respectively. Conclusions: The electric resistance of each set of crown surface of tooth is greatly different from each other respectively.

目的:研究牙冠表面电阻状态。方法:选用了45个新鲜离体牙,测量其牙冠表面各点与牙髓间的电阻。结果:在牙尖部位的电阻值最高,且与其他部位相差显著;颈部釉质处电阻值次之,并与合面窝沟、牙颈部釉牙骨质界处的电阻值相差显著;合面窝沟、牙颈部釉牙骨质界处的电阻值较低。结论:牙体表面各部位的电阻值有很大的差异。

After the electrochemical artificial caries model had been established in vitro, we compared electrochemical artificial enamel caries and early smooth enamel caries in histologic pathology by microscope and scaning electron microscope. The results indicated the electrochemical artificial enamel caries could form subsurface demineralization in the microscope and dissoultion of prism core areas in the scaning electron microscope, which were the same as the early smooth enamel caries. So our study provided Bio-electrochemical theory which was put forward by Chinese researcher with the direct experiment evidence.

为进一步研究电化学人工龋模型和龋病的关系,我们采用生物显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等手段,对体外形成的电化学人工釉质龋和早期光滑面釉质龋的组织病理学进行了对比观察。结果表明电化学人工釉质龋在生物显微镜下和早期光滑面釉质龋一样形成以表层下脱矿为主要特征的病理改变,电化学人工釉质龋在扫描电子显微镜下主要表现为釉柱的核心脱矿溶解,这亦和早期光滑面釉质龋相似。因此本研究结果提示二者有着十分相似的病理特点和病变过程
