While e beam induced polymerization of epoxy resins proceeds via a cationic mechanism in the presence of an appropriate photoinitiator. This work investigated the synthesis of new maleimide,aromatic imide monomers,active PMR polyamide acid and silaceous acrylates containing vinyl groups. The cure activity of these vinyl monomers was conducted, so as the epoxy resins. The results suggested that the potential curability exists in the active groups and the structure of the chain.

根据电子束固化复合材料树脂体系的原理 ,从引入辐敏性的基团入手 ,合成了含硅丙烯酸酯的活性稀释剂、芳香族酰亚胺活性单体、含丙烯酸的 PMR型聚酰胺酸和单官能、双官能的马来酰亚胺单体。在此基础上 ,对合成所得到的产物和几种环氧树脂进行了辐射交联实验 ,并考察与分析了不同树脂的辐射固化反应行为。与此同时对合成所得产物进行了表征 ,对固化物性能进行初步测试。所得研究结果 ,对电子束固化树脂体系的进一步研究具有重要的参考价值

This article presents a comprehensive summary of advancements of photosensitizing systems for visible light,outlining photoinitiator or sensitive systems containing borate salts,organic peroxides,hexaarylbiimizoles,ketocoumarins,thioxanthones and organometallic oxides.The mechanism of reaction and spectrum absorption properities in these systems are introduced in detail.

总结了近 20年来可见光光敏引发体系的进展情况,涉及到含有硼酸盐、有机过氧化物、六芳基双咪唑、香豆素酮、硫杂蒽酮、有机金属化合物等的引发体系或增感体系,重点介绍了体系的反应机理及光谱吸收特性。

Photoinitiator(SnCl2)which affect the time of curing on resin was studied. It shows with mechanism analysis and research UV-Sorbspectrum of SnCl2 that the photosensitizer affects the curing velocity a lot.

主要研究在紫外固化过程中氯化亚锡光敏促进剂对凝胶固化速度的影响.从光敏剂的反应机理上分析和氯化亚锡的紫外吸收光谱测试研究表明:氯化亚锡促进剂在反应中起到了敏化剂的作用;在光引发剂中加入适量的光敏促进剂(SnCl2)对体系凝胶固化速度有很大的提高.
