Based on such modulation stability, the evolution equations for one-dimensional gray spatial solitons supported by the photovoltaic self-defocusing nonlinearity are presented and its stationary solution in photovoltaic photorefractive crystal LiNbO_3∶Fe is given.
the peak photo-current is identified with the order of magnitude of photosensitivity and proportional to light intensity; the steady-state photovoltaic current is also a linear function of light intensity. In addition, the ratio of photocurrent to dark current shows photo-sensitivity of image storage.
The transient photovoltaic response of the Al\\phase Ⅱ VOPc\\ITO sandwich cell excited by pulse laser beam of 355 nm,532 nm,1 064 nm wavelength at different intensities were investigated in this paper.
The results show that the different properties of p-phenylsubstituted groups [-NH2, -N+ (CH3)3, -N+ (CH3)3I-] influenced the surface photovoltaic properties of porphyrins. Especially SPS of -N+(CH3)3I-substituted tetraphenylporphine derivative was very particular whose B band was splitted into two reverse symbolic peaks (-400nm, 460nm).
