The process of distillation for the reaction products was carried out under the conditions as follows:the kettle temperature was about 138℃,the distillation range was 80℃～84℃,the degree of vacuum was-0.096 MPa.
One mash decoction mashing method is adopted to produce beer with melt of low germinative as raw material by adding amylase. The beer quality reaches GB4927-91(first-class) on condition that 1.0‰ α -amylase is added when adjuact copper is at 70℃ and 4.0‰ β -amylase is added when saccharifying uessels mash kettle is at 63℃.

Based on Sanxing's S3F9454MCU and NTC thermistor,the electronic temperature controller was developed for electrical kettle. We optimized the set place of thermistor temperature sensor,to measure the variable curves of water temperature,thermistor temperature and the various pasition tempeerature of thermistor placed on heat plate under 220 V(±10%) for different water capacity. The mutual relation from these three temperature curves was provided as basis for MCU data processing.
