In this paper an analysis of dynamic characteristics,a computer simulation and an experimental study of a high pressure logical relief valve are made.The paper points out that the effects of the reacting force of the pilot valve seat which exists before the pilot valve is opened must be considered in an analog computer simulation of the relief valve or other hydraulic components having similar structures. The simulation of the reacting force is realized by the use of the comparer and other components...

In this paper an analysis of dynamic characteristics,a computer simulation and an experimental study of a high pressure logical relief valve are made.The paper points out that the effects of the reacting force of the pilot valve seat which exists before the pilot valve is opened must be considered in an analog computer simulation of the relief valve or other hydraulic components having similar structures. The simulation of the reacting force is realized by the use of the comparer and other components in an analog computer.In the exper- iment the measurements of the dynamic displacement of the main valve and the pilot valve are made simultaneously.The paper anal- yses the effects of the parameters concerned on the dynamic charac- teristics of the valve,and puts forward some measures which may improve the dynamic characteristics of the valve.

本文对高压逻辑溢流阀进行了动态特性分析、计算机仿真及实验研究,指出在对溢流阀及具有类似结构的液压元件的模拟机仿真中,应该考虑导阀座在导阀未打开前存在的支反力的影响,并用模拟计算机上的比较器等部件实现了这一支反力的仿真,实验中同时测出了主阀及导阀的动态位移曲线,分析了有关参数对该阀动态特性的影响,提出了进一步改善动态特性的措施。

Digital imitation and analysis of YH-20H relief valve is undertaken in this paper by a condition space method, from modern control theory, which can accurately get the nonlinear dynamic characteristic of this valve.

本文用现代控制理论中的状态空间法拟定了YF—20H型溢流阀的数学模型,并用数字仿真的方法进行分析,较准确地得出了该阀的非线性动态特性,与试验进行比较两者较为吻合。
