The distillation-nitration method is a new process for nitrating toluenc toTNT. This process utilizing modern efficient wire gauze wave-like packings sepa-rates three isomers of MNT(ortho-.meta- or para-), then the O-MNT or P-MNTis nitrated to produce military TNT by a mixture of nitric and sulfuric acid. The distillation-nitration method is a new process for nitrating toluenc toTNT. This process utilizing modern efficient wire gauze wave-like packings sepa-rates three isomers of MNT(ortho-.meta- or para-), then the O-MNT or P-MNTis nitrated to produce military TNT by a mixture of nitric and sulfuric acid. Thepurification process can be omitted which involves the treatment of the crudeTNT by aqueous sodium bisulfite solution. There are three purposes ofdistillation-nitration method, namely: a) To get rid of red water (pollution caused in the purification process); b) MNT to be used for multi-purpose utilizations, and c) To be able combine military and civil production together. This report studies the safety in the process of distillation and separationof MNT-DNT. According to the elementary rule of distillation process and cha-racteristics of lower resistance of efficient wire gauze wave-like packings, it ispossible to design a separation apparatus. The experiments and pilot plant produc-tion have proved that the limit explosive concentration of DNT in the toweris much higher than that (10%) of the USP 3620928, that is to say, MNT-DNTseparation process is more safe. Consequently, it has paved the way for use of the distillation-nitration method in production.

精馏-硝化法是把甲苯硝化成TNT的一种新工艺。 本工艺利用近代高效的金属丝网波纹填料分离MNT的三种异构体(邻一、间一、对一),然后用硝硫混酸把邻一或对一MNT硝化成军品TNT,这样可避免亚硫酸钠溶液精制TNT的工序。精馏-硝化法有三个目的: (a)消除红水(它是一种精制工序产生的污染物)。 (b)MNT多种多样的利用。 (c)军民结合。 本报告研究了关于MNT—DNT精馏分离中的安全问题。藉助于精馏操作基本原理及高效的金属丝网波纹填料的低阻力可设计一套分离装置。通过实验室的试验和在9395厂中间试验的发现,DNT在塔釜中的浓度可以突破美国专利3620928[1]提出的爆炸极限值(10%),即MNT-DNT的分离工艺是安全的。结果为精馏-硝化法扫除了技术上的障碍。

This investigation utilizies natural bacterium growing upon aldehydo-vinylon packing and the microbe-air contect method to treat dy-nammon waste water. After treatment the poison-TNT in waste water can beremoved over 90%, COD over 80%. Because of simple technological proccess andcheap cost of opreation, it is provided a practicable method for dynammon wastewater treatment.

本研究采用驯化后的生长在醛化维纶软性填料上的自然菌以接触氧化法对硝铵炸药废水进行生化处理。处理后,毒物TNT去除率达90%以上,COD去除率达80%以上。工艺流程简单,费用较低,为硝铵炸药废水的处理提供了实用的方法。

The TNT wastewater in oxidation pond was first concentrated by am-berlite GDX and then analysed and identified by GC and MS. The results showed that TNT was transformed to 4-amino-2,6-dinitrotoluene and 2-amino-4,6-dinitrotoluene in the first step.The biochemical transformation is discussed.

本文主要分析了在混有生活污水、菌、藻共生的氧化塘中TNT降解产物。废水经GDX吸附树脂富集后,用色谱及质谱方法测定。结果表明,TNT初步转变成一氨基二硝基甲苯的两种异构体——4-氨基-2,6-二硝基甲苯和2-氨基-4,6-二硝基甲苯。本文还初步讨论了TNT的降解行为。
