Plasticizing agent is an organic surface-active admixture for cement mortar and concrete. It may be introduced also as an "addition" to the clinker during the grinding process in the manufacture of plasticizing Portland cement. In the USSR, the plasticizing agent under the name of "has been extensively and successfully used in construction works.The plasticizing agent is prepared by chemical treatment of the waste from the alcoholic fermentation of sulfite liquor in pulp manufacture. It contains calcium lignin sulphonate as an effective component and thus possesses hydrophilic property. Due to the adsorption of the agent, a colloidal layer is formed on the surface of the cement particle; hence the effective dispersion and the increase of lubricity between the particles.Following the Soviet experience of CCB, the Materials-Testing and Research Laboratory of Shanghai Civil Engineering Bureau successfully experimented with the preparation of thermal polymer of the plasticizing agent, and a series of tests on the characteristics of the agent were made. This paper attempts to describe the method of preparation and the main properties of the agent.The addition of the agent in an amount of 0.1—0.2% of cement (dry weight) markedly improves the workability and the texture of the mortar and concrete mixtures. It reduces the water requirement and the cement content. It improves the impermeability and durability of the hardened mortar and concrete.The agent has a retarding effect on the setting of cement. It lowers the early strength of mortar and concrete, while the strength of later age is higher than those without admixtures. The use of CaCl_2 accelerator in 0.5—1% of cement by weight speeds up the rate of development of the early strength.The proper dosage of the agent depends upon the properties of cement. Therefore, certain tests should be made with the specified cement and aggregates on the job before the adoption of the agent.

本文介紹亞硫酸鹽酒精液滓塑化劑實驗室中的試製以及對於水泥膠砂及混凝土技術性能方面的作用。首先說明一些塑化劑的理論及亞硫酸鹽酒精液滓的技術規格,再簡要的介紹上海市政工程局材料試驗研究所試驗研究的經過和結果;最后综合蘇聯對於塑化劑和塑化水泥使用的先進經驗。塑化剂是一種有機的表面活動性物質,利用造紙工業发液進行酒精發酵所得的液滓。加入微量的塑化劑——約為水泥重量的0.1—0.25%,可以顯著的改善膠砂和混凝土的性質。在增加流動性、改善和易性和提高耐久性方面,有十分的效用,尤其是對節約水泥用量有极大的意義。祖國的建设事業正迫切需要這類新型的建築材料,因此提供一些试驗研究結果,以供国家主管機關和科技工作同志們深入研究和推廣使用時的參考。

The reasons for establishment of two new types of cement——portland (witbout addi- tions ) cement and portland fly-ash cement, the upper limit of MgO in clinker changesfrom 4.5% to 6.0% (on 5~6% shall pass the autoclave test ), of SO_3 from 3.0% to 3.5%(4.0% for portland blast-furnace slag cement ), the strength test changes from earth-dry mortar test to plastic mortar test, the gradation of cement and the relation betweencement grades and concrete grades have been discussed in detail. Economical advantages from the revision of cement standards including more types ofcement produced, more resoures of raw materials utilized and improved quilites of ce-ment produced have been analysed particularly.

我国硅酸盐水泥、普通水泥、矿渣水泥、火山灰水泥、粉煤灰水泥等常用水泥的新标准即将于1980年1月1日全面实施。论文介绍了为修改标准所进行的大量科研工作,提出了标准修改的各项技术依据。着重讨论了水泥品种和混合材掺量、熟料中氧化镁指标、三氧化硫含量以及强度测试方法和标号划分等四个问题。对于增设硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰水泥两个品种、熟料氧化镁指标从4.5%放宽到6.0%(5~6%时须经压蒸试验合格)、三氧化硫限量从3.0%放宽至3.5%(矿渣水泥放宽至4.0%)、强度试验方法从硬练法改为软练法、水泥新标号的划分以及水泥标号换算混凝土标号的经验公式等作了详细的论述。并对这次我国水泥标准修订后将在扩充品种、提高质量、资源利用及确保工程质量等方面产生的经济效果作了具体分析。

Calculating methods of strengthening and repairing measures of brick masonry structures are described in this paper. These methods are based on the available testing data of the institutes concerned. The strengthening and repairing measures used are as follows.1. Cement mortar coating, reinforced cement mortar coating attached to the wall surfaces or reinforced concrete columns with tie beams were used for strengthening walls.2. Calculating methods of strengthening and repairing measures of brick masonry structures are described in this paper. These methods are based on the available testing data of the institutes concerned. The strengthening and repairing measures used are as follows.1. Cement mortar coating, reinforced cement mortar coating attached to the wall surfaces or reinforced concrete columns with tie beams were used for strengthening walls.2. Reinforced cement mortar attached to the surface or steel angles at the corners were used for strengtheing columns.3. Vertical and circular steel strips attached to the surface were used for strengthening chimneys.This paper shows that the calculating results with this methods are more close to the testing data than those calculated by the availabe current methods.

本文在分析有关单位现有试验资料的基础上,提出了用水泥砂浆抹面、钢筋网水泥砂浆抹面及外加钢筋混凝土柱修复加固砖墙,用钢筋网水泥砂浆抹面及外包角钢加固砖柱,用外包竖向和环向扁钢加固砖烟囱的计算方法。与现有的计算方法相比,本文所述方法的计算结果与试验值更为接近。
