         A mathematical technique of factor analysis is applied to X-ray diffraction pattern of polymer blend of EPR (ethylene-propylene rubber) and PE (polyethylene) to determine the number of species and compositions in a series of related multicomponent mixture.Compositions of five kinds of polymer blend in EPR and PE are determined. The separation of spectra peaks of EPR and PE from the blend is carried out.
            研究了乙丙橡胶(EPR)和聚乙烯(PE)的五种共混物的X—射线衍射谱。应用因素分析的数学方法分析了谱的强度数据,确定了混合物的物种数,测定了五种混合物的组成,结果与真实值頗为一致,并实现了混合物谱峰的分离。近年来,因素分析法在化学中的应用正引起化学工作者的重视。在红外、紫外、可见光谱和质谱的成分分析已有若干工作[1-4],然而在X-射线衍射方面的应用尚未见报道。塑料的改性,尤其是对聚乙烯和聚丙烯改进其耐低温的脆性,提高卷绕行为和降低开裂性及增强染色性等都很有实用意义。人们发现掺入橡胶或聚酯可成倍或成数量级的改善上述性能[5-6]。因此在共混材料的生产过程中知道共混材料中的物种数和组成则是十分必要的。本工作试图把因素分析法用于X—射线衍射谱的分析,以解决共混高聚物中的物种数和组成。在对乙丙橡胶(EPR)和聚乙烯(PE)共混物的分析中取得了满意的结果。

            本文报导了高取代度氰乙基纤维素(HCEC)膜及其与二醋酸纤维素(CA)或三醋酸纤维素(CTA)共混膜的膜性能。HCEC是一种纤维素醚,有较高的化学稳定性。实验结果表明,HCEC膜不但具有良好的抗微生物分解性能,且有很好的耐酸和耐碱性能。用HCEC与CA或CTA制成的共混膜能有效地改进其单组分材料膜的膜性能,其中HCEC/CA为3/7的共混膜,不但有良好的抗微生物分解性能,较好的抗HCI水解性能,在反渗透性能方面,膜的透水量与脱盐率比CA膜也有所提高。
