         In this paper,the variations of wear tensile strength elongation of break and impact strength of C/PTFE and PI/PTFE composites with compositions are determined;a polarizing microscope and DTA are used to study the phase structures of the composites.The obtained results show thata relationship of the form,and some regularitieson the relationships between the structure and properties of the Ekonol/FTFE blend proposed in our last papcr also apply to the above two composites
            本文研究了C/PTFE与PI/PTFE复合材料的磨损、抗拉强度、断裂伸长率与抗冲强度等性能随材料组成变化的规律,并用偏光显微镜,差热分析方法考察其微晶体相态。结果表明其聚集态结构与物理、机械性能关系也符合文[1]中提出的一些规律,符合定量计算磨损率最小的最佳配方关系式,即 w_1f_1/d_(1c)=0.40(W_1/d_1+W_2/d_2)。

            对[1]中提出的关系式x_1f_(1c)/d_(1c)=0.40(x_1/d_1+x_2/d_2)作了推广三元于复合体系。以聚四氯乙烯(PTFE)-聚对羟基苯甲酸酯(Ekonol)-石墨(C)复合材料为研究对象,测定并探索了其磨损率、抗拉强度、断裂伸长率和抗冲强度随组成变化的规律,并用偏光显微镜、差热分析研究了其聚态结构。结果表明,推广后的公式也适用于互不相溶的三元高分子复合材料(基体为结晶性高聚物)。

         This paper studied the mechanical properties and fracture morphologies of glass, carbon and carbon/glass hybrid fiber reinforced PSF/ESF composites. A formula was given which can estimate or design the mechanical properties of the hybrid composites from the properties of the single composite. Experimental results showed that not only the new blend PSF/ESF can be reinforced but also a more excellent and cheaper composite may be fabricated by hy-brid fibers.
            本文研究了玻璃纤维、碳纤维以及它们的混杂纤维分别增强混杂基体PSF/ESF复合材料的力学性能和断口的破坏形貌。文中提出一个估算混杂纤维复合材料力学性能的公式。实验结果表明,这一新混杂基体是可以被纤维增强的;用混杂纤维增强的复合材料具有较好的综合力学性能且成本较低。
