Based on polypropylene(PP)as sheath and ethylenevinyl acetate/polypropylene(EVA/PP)blend chips as core,a series of composite hollow fibers were manufactured by melt-spinning process.
The optimal blend ratio of collagen and CH is 3∶2 and the denaturation temperature(140℃) of the resultant collagen/CH membrane is almost the same with that of collagen membrane. And the swelling ratio decrease from 95.1% to 63.8% and hydroscopic ratio at 24 hours increase from 6.6% to 14.8%, whereas tensile strength decrease slightly.
Blending wool and metal fibers according to special ratios,then put the blend into boiled 5%NaOH solution,metal fibers content decreased by 0.28% after NaOH solution treating.
