Three different additives (701, 711, 711A) of barium salt of alkyl-phenol type for motor lubricating oil have been synthesized, and their effects on the performance of motor lubricants produced from the Soviet crude oil of Second Baku and Yumen crude oil have been investigated. Three different additives (701, 711, 711A) of barium salt of alkyl-phenol type for motor lubricating oil have been synthesized, and their effects on the performance of motor lubricants produced from the Soviet crude oil of Second Baku and Yumen crude oil have been investigated. Their viscosity-index improving, oiliness, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation and detergent properties have been evaluated. The motor lubricants with above three additives added have also been tested on a single cylinder engine. For comparison, a Soviet. diesel lubricant of -14 has been selected and a Soviet additive -1 has been used for parallel runs. Tests show that additive 701 improves the viscosity-index, slightly, but additives 711 and-711A produce a somewhat unfavorable effect. Additive 711A shows the best result on improving oiliness. It also improves the anti-corrosion property significantly of the motor lubricant of Yumen origin. All three additives 701, 711 and 711A show good anti-oxidation property below 250℃, but deteriorate rapidly at higher temperatures, such that this additive effect becomes almost nil at 300℃. For detergent effect, additive 711A improves Second Baku crude oil motor lubricant from grade 6 to 1 on model engine test. Preliminary engine tests of motor lubricant containing additive 711A on a gasoline type single cylinder engine show that less acid is formed, viscosity is lowered, less deposit is found on pistons and rings, and less corrosion is observed.

試驗了三种自制的烷基酚鋇盐多效能潤滑油添加剂(701、711、711A)对土依馬賽含硫原油15号車用机油和玉門原油10号車用机油的粘度-溫度性能、潤滑性能、腐蝕性能、抗氧化性能以及清淨性能的影响。并在国产汽化式單汽缸發动机上作了綜合性馬达評定。为了比較起見,采用苏联产的添加剂АзНИИ-ЦИАТИМ-1和柴油机油ДП-14作了平行試驗。試驗結果表明:自制的701添加剂可以稍为改善潤滑油的粘度-溫度特性,711和711A添加剂对潤滑油的粘度-溫度特性則略有不利的影响。711A添加剂在潤滑性能方面的效果最大。在抗腐蝕性能方面,711A添加剂对玉門原油10号車用机油有显著效果,701和711添加剂的效果則較差。在低于250°的氧化条件下,701、711、711A三种添加剂都有良好的抗氧化稳定性,但在300°的氧化条件下,則几乎完全失去作用。在清净性能方面,711A添加剂可以使土依馬賽含硫原油15号車用机油由6級的清净性提高到1級。在初步用国产汽化式單汽缸馬达試驗中,証明711A添加剂可以降低發动机潤滑油在使用过程中的酸值和粘度,同时可以改善其清净性能、抗腐蝕性能及磨耗性能。

The present paper attempts at a discussion of the catalytic effect of a new catalyst on the combstion of double-base propellant, establishing itself on the combustion theory based upon molecular catalysis. In the process of reaction of the catalyst, the metal (lead) contained in it is introduced in a molecular state into the substance catalyzed (nitro-cellulose). As a result, a new component called nitrocellulose lead, a form of metallic polymer is thus formed. The formation of this new component in doable-base propel lants may not only help to overcome some difficulties caused in the technological process of propel-lant manufacture due to the use of inorganic and organic lead salts, but may also improve homogeneity of the propel lant components and stability of combustion. Results obtained from the experiments show that in the case of 5 and 7% nitrocellulose - lead introduced into the double-base propellant, plateau characteristic appears on the u(p) curve within the range of 40-100 atm, with the pressure exponent of 0.24. This is the range of pressure appl id in most solid propellant engines.

Catalysts used for abating the pollution of automobile exhaust emissions were prepared by nonprecious metal oxides, such as the oxides of Ⅰ B, Ⅴ B, Ⅵ B, Ⅶ B, Ⅷ B group, alkaline earth group and rare earth elements. They were supported on the monolithic carrier mainly composed of Al_2O_3. The samples of catalyst were tested by the simulated auto exhaust emissions in the laboratory to determine their catalytic oxidation and reduction efficiency. Samples characterized by low ignition temperature (165℃ for propylene, lower than 150℃ for carbon monoxide), good mechanic strength and resistant to thermal shock (900—1000℃) had been obtained. The catalytic performance of sample 6213 A was examined in the vehicle test (680 Q type gasoline engine, 90 Hp) under the working condition of idling, 20, 40, 60, 80, KM/hr, it was found that the total conversion efficiency of CO and HC was 92% and 60% respectively. In the case of idle running (serious pollution by CO, HC), the conversion of CO and HC attained 97% and 75% respectively, NO_x conversion exceeded 70%. The influence of the catalytic device upon the motive force and the economic of the gasoline engine was equilvalent to the second exhaust muffler of the automobile without appreciable increase of oil consumption,

本文研究ⅠB、ⅤB、ⅥB、ⅦB、Ⅷ族非贵金属、碱土金属和稀土金属化合物等载于以Al_2O_3为主的蜂窝状载体上的催化剂。在实验室用模拟汽车排气,评价催化剂的氧化、还原效率,获得了具有较低起燃温度的催化剂(对于CO低于150℃HC为200℃),机械强度良好,而且可承受高温冲击(耐温可达900~1000℃)。经680Q型汽油机(90 马力)的台架试验表明,在怠速、20、40、60、80公里/小时情况下的总净化率,对CO为92%,对HC为60%。对于高排污工况(怠速、20公里/小时)CO和烃的转化率分别达97%与75%;NO_x在怠速与20公里/小时工况时,转化率为70%以上。这种催化装置对汽油机动力性与经济性的影响,与汽车的第二级消声器相同,油耗基本不变。
