In this paper,the automatic side-detecting control system for the heat-set machine (which is designed by our college in cooperation with Shanghai Knitting Machinery Factory No.1) is taken for example to illustrate the 3-rd order nonlinear control systems in which the system time constant depends upon the systemic error.

在自动控制领域中,时间常数取决于偏差大小的三阶(或三阶以上)非线性控制系统并不少.例如:热定型机自动探边控制系统和某些无轨座车控制系统.这种系统很难用非线性控制系统的"相平面法"或"描述函数法"等进行分析.本文以我院与上海针织机械一厂共同设计的热定型机自动探边控制系统为例,说明时间常数取决于偏差大小的三阶非线性控制的数值分析法.用这种方法分析的结果与试验测试基本一致.本文最后还举例说明这种方法的应用.
