More than one hundred modern farm tractors from nine countries were shown at Peking Foreign Agricultural Machinery Exhibition in 1978. This paper, on the basis of synthetic analyses of the technical specification, structural characteristics, productive capacity, operation performance and adaptability etc for various kinds of tractors, will probe into the development trends of tractor and its assembly-parts structure.

The boat-type tillage machine is a newly developed power machinery in irrigated land,intia-tively created by China.This paper,through practice of boat-type tillage machine,and analysis of experimental dataas well as deductions of formula,makes a primary trial to develop from a stage of generalperformance analysis to a stage of determining reasonable structure parameters.Through the principal operation of the boat-type tillage machine such as plowing,the totalforces system in the longiludinal plane have been analysed,and force and moment equilbrium,equotions have been established.The forces and moments in the equotions have been elucidatedcompletely.The analytical or semi-rational formula for traveling resistance of the boat body,the rollingresistance of driving wheel and plowing resistance have been established.This paper made moreexplanation of the measurements of traveling resistance as well as location of the point of ac-tion of the resultant of the supporting forces on the boat body.From the established formulas,it is possible to calculate values of forces and the locationof their point of action,therefore a number of phenomena of the boat-type tillage machine canbe fully explained.Through the calculation of the location of point of action of the supportingforces on the boat body while plowing in deep and shallow muddy paddy field.This article an-alyses and compares a number of characterastics(features)of relation between design paramete-rs.Futhermore,this paper elucidats that in o(?)der to obtain definite towing force(pulling fo-rce),it is important to reduce the traveling resistance of the boat as far as possible.In consi-deration of the versatility of the boat-type tillage machine,some problems of principle are also(?)aised such as the overall arrangement of the machine as well as choice of overall parameters.

机耕船是我国首创的一种新型水田动力机械。本文通过对机耕船的实践过程,试验数据的整理分析以及公式的推导,试图从定性的阶段向定量阶段的发展作一初步尝试。通过机耕船的主要作业项目——犁耕的纵向平面内总体受力状态的分析,建立力和力矩平衡方程式,对方程式诸力和力矩作了较全面地阐述。对船体行驶阻力、驱动轮滚动阻力、犁的阻力建立了解析式或半经验公式。对行驶阻力的测定以及船体支承反力合力作用点的位置给予了阐明。从已建立的公式,计算诸力及力的作用点位置之值,可以较全面地解释机耕船的若干现象。文章列举了几种机耕船的总体参数,通过在湖田和浅泥脚田犁耕时,船体支承反力合力作用点位置的计算,分析比较了总体设计参数相互关系的若干特点。文章还阐述了要使机耕船获得一定牵引力的同时,尽量减小机耕船行驶阻力的重要途径。考虑到机耕船一机多用,提出了对整机总体布置以及总体参数选取一些原则问题。

This paper is the continuation of Design about Sliding Way Mechanism of SteeringArm for Power Rice Transplanter(Ⅰ) (A. A. S. Vol. X No. I). The power rice transplanter including 9 models was authenticated and finalized from August to November in 1979. 本文是刊于本刊第10卷第1期的《机动水稻插秧机转臂滑道机构的设计(一)》一文的续篇。2Z系列机动水稻插秧机包括九种机型,已于1979年8~11月全部鉴定定型,全系列统一采用转臂滑道机构控制秧爪的分插运动轨迹。本文根据系列插秧机转臂滑道机构设计参数的选择和生产试验的结果,较系统地阐述有关设计要点,初步提出了可供实际应用的设计方法。
