By way of analogizing, we may apply these methods to the design of other similar machines. It is hoped that the paper may serve as a practical reference for engineers, designers and research workers and also for students in studying linkage and other similar mechanisms.

This paper is concerned with some main problems of PERT that are applied in Yongji electrical machinery factory, such as key links in drawing network graphs: the decomposition of engineering tasks, the construction of network graphs of these tasks based on their logical relations, and the determination of the purpose and method of networks numerical calculation.The optimation of network graphs and the approaches to reduce total duration time, equilibrate, allocate and utilize resources are studied and such problems as "How to reduce duration time by way of critical path", "How to save resources by way of non-critical operations" are clarified.Viewing from the unity of sketch plan and executive plan, the paper also expounds the PERT's function and its economical effects with some examples.

本文就PERT在永济电厂应用中的一些主要问题作了论述,如:网络图编制的主要环节,工程的任务分解,各项任务按逻辑关系形成网络图,网络图数值计算的目的和方法.还就网络图的优化,对缩短总工期、资源的统筹、平衡、安排和利用的途径、方法进行了研究,阐明如何“向关键路线要时间”, “向非关键工序要资源”.本文还从轮廓计划和执行计划统一的角度,对功能进行了论述,通过实例论述了经济效果.
