In the Paper, statistical analyses are made on the relationship between thirteen factors of ice accretion in the area of South Pole and five types of indexes of the subtropical anticyclone over the west of Pacific Ocean. It has been discovered that there is a good delay correlation between the icing index and the feature of subtropical anticyclone. By the regression equation of the relationship of this delay correlation, better results for forecasting of the changing tendency of subtropical anticyclone...
