The recording and application status quo of fight data is briefly described first, then Aircraft Condition Monitoring System (ACMS), a compositive and advanced airborne equipment, is introduced. Aiming at two sub-systems included in ACMS, Quick Access Recorder (QAR) and Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS), we expound the technology of data-processing and application in detail.
According to the requirement of data recording integrality, a high performance processor of ARM9 series was chosen as system’s controller and a widely used RTOS (Real-Time Operating System), VxWorks, was migrated.
In the test of BW-1 variable stability aircraft. we use the method of synthesizing andweighting pilot’s quanlitative analysis data and instrument recording quantitative analysisdata for determining Pilot-In-The-Loop Quallties.
