In this paper, the history and current practice of solution mining in China are presented. The copper ore leaching had been put into practice with a history of about 1000 years and was once well-developed in Soong Dynasty (960-1279 A.D.). In this paper, the history and current practice of solution mining in China are presented. The copper ore leaching had been put into practice with a history of about 1000 years and was once well-developed in Soong Dynasty (960-1279 A.D.). Unfortunately, it remained unaltered without any innovation for centuries and the relevant technological lite- ratures were also disappeared subsequently as time went on. Research work has only been resumed and practical application has commenced since last two decades. However, the state-of-art on solution mining is still lagging behind as compared to other highly industrialized countries. The S. M. procedures of the three non-ferrous metal mines are here-in illustrated, showing the present level of technology in this country. It is then followed by a briefing of recent research activities and of investigation reports published to date. Consequently, it is convinced that solution mining will sure open a new and promising prospect for the development and exploitation of mineral resources in China.

本文阐述了我国溶浸采矿实践的历史和现状。我国铜矿石浸出的生产实践距今已有约一千年的历史,并曾在宋朝(公元960—1279年)时一度十分发达。惜乎其技术于若干世纪以来一仍旧贯而殊少改进,且有关技术文献也随时间之流逝而淹没无闻,近二十年来始又重新开展研究工作并在生产中采用,不过,与其他高度发达的工业国家相比,我国溶浸采矿的技术水平仍然是落后的。文中举出三座有色金属矿山的溶浸采矿工艺流程为例子,以说明我国在这方面的技术水平。随后对近几年来的研究工作及迄今已发表的研究成果作了简单介绍。总之,作者深信溶浸采矿必将为我国矿产资源的开发与采掘开辟一个崭新的大有希望的前景。

本文根据实际固体火箭发动机的工作特点,以 Summerfield 的气相点火理论[1]为基础,建立了用炽热含氧流动气体点燃复合固体推进剂的气相点火模型;并着重从研究影响点火过程的主要因素方面考虑,通过简化,从该模型中导出了计算复合推进剂点火延迟时间的解析表达式;然后,就点火燃气的压力和氧化剂浓度这两种因素对点火延迟时间的影响,通过实验进行了验证。在理论与实验结果定性一致的基础上,本文认为,对于大多数以过氯酸铵为氧化剂的复合推进剂来说,是气相反应控制点火过程,因为利用炽热气体点火时,燃气的压力和氧化剂浓度是影响点火过程的主要因素。这一结论为如何调整设计参数,改进火箭发动机点火器的点火性能指出了方向。
