Based on the data obtained from flume experiments, the conditions of formation and continuation of motion of density current with hyperconcen-tration are approached and the following conclusions are obtained.l.From the relationship between the effective Reynolds number and the resistance coefficient both calculated by the hydraulic factors at the section where density current plunged into the bottom of the reservoir, it is found that there are three types of flow patterns existed at the section, they are laminar flow, transition flow and turbulent flow. The criteria of the depth at the plunging section of density current described by Fan Jia-hua asFr = 0.78 and K. Ashida as are only goodfor the case of turbulent flow and not for the other two cases.2. For density current of transition type, the depth of density current at the plunging section derived from the law of momentum is consistent with that of K. Ashida's formula except the coefficient is not a constant of 0.365 but is correlative with the yield stress as Eqs.(11) & (12).For density current of laminar type, there is no exchange of momentum at the plunging section. The depth of this section may be obtained by the principle of equilibrium as Eq. (14).The above mentioned equations conform well with the measured data.3.The condition of continuation of motion of density current varies with the type of flow. For type A, density current with ordinary concentration, the time of motion relies on the duration of the flood peak. For type B, density current of non-homogeneous flow with hyperconcentration, the time of motion depends on the flood volume, sediment diameter and sediment content. For type C, density current of homogeneous flow with hyperconcentration, even though the discharge is small after the flood, density current can still move in the form of oscillating flow and intermittent flow as long as.Oscillating flow and intermittent flow, which are specific phenomena of instability of density current, are described in this paper. And, a new explanation is given regarding the difference between oscillating flow, intermittent flow and the general open channel flow.

This anomaly obviously shows two features: it only occurs in low latitudes; the higher solar activity is, the larger exlent of the degree of the anomaly is to. The night time seasonal abnormal phenomenon is the continuation of daytime seasonal abnormal phenomenon. The promary mechanism of the phenomenon is the seasonal variation of neutral air (O, O2, N2) concentration ratio O/O2 and O/Nz, caused by the summer hemispher to winter hemisphere air flow. It is analysed why the night time seasonal abnormal phenomenon is limited in low latitudes and why the abnormal degree changes with solar activity.

本文用1975.12—1986.12我国9个电离层站的资料分析得出,在一定的纬度和太阳活动条件下,夜间f_0F_2存在季节异常现象.夜间季节异常现象具有两个明显的特点:只有低纬才具有夜间季节异常特征;太阳活动高年夜间季节异常的程度增加.夜间季节异常是白天f_0F_2季节异常现象的延续,夏半球至冬半球的大气流动造成的中性气体浓度比(O/O_2和O/N_2)的季节变化,是形成f_0F_2季节异常的根本原因.并初步分析了夜间季节异常的低纬局限性及随太阳活动变化的成因.
