There are three main findings in the paper. (1) On the basis of the theories from the relat- ed disciplines and the research results in the topic , three levels are clarified for conducting a study concerning transnational corporations ( TNCs ) and regional development , impacts of TNCs on the host region , relationships between TNCs and all participants in the host area , and main factors determining the bargaining power of the two sides. (2) Three interaction systems , namely production chains , organizational structure , and the hierarchy of relations of ownership and possession , plus a regional system are used as background for theoretical analysis. There- fore , it is suggested that the power relations between transnational and the host regions be more comprehensively judged by positing them in the systems. (3) Regional impacts of TNCs on the host regions are characterised as extensiveness, gradation, regionalization, multi-sides, differ- entiation , and timeliness. The relationships between TNCs and the host regions are complemen- tary, compertitive and evolutionary. The main factors determining the relationships are social - political background,structures of TNCs and the host economies , and power positions of the two sides.

(1)根据相邻学科的理论并基于前人研究成果,提出跨国公司对区域经济影响、跨国公司与区域关系以及两者关系的决定因素三层次研究思路;(2)以生产链、组织链和所有权关系三个关联系统和区域等级关系作为跨国投资的理论背景,导出跨国公司──区域综合分析方法;(3)跨国投资对区域发展影响具广泛性、层次性、区域性、多面性、差异性和时间性特点,跨国公司与投资地关系具互补性、竞争性和变化性特点,影响两者关系的主要因素为社会政治背景、结构状况和相对地位。

In the existed studies of the bargaining under incomplete information,negotiators have a unique probabilistic distributions to other party's action,this distribution is common knowledge.The paper generalizes the above requirements,and proposes that distributions are uncertain,that is ambiguous.It constitutes a bargaining model under context of probability fuzzy information,proves the relationship among negotiators'strategies,risk preferences and degrees of tolerance for fuzzy.

在以往有关不完全信息谈判的研究中,一般假定谈判者关于对方行动的估计具有唯一概率分布,且这种分布是公共知识。本文推广上述假定,认为谈判者关于对方行动的概率估计是不确定的,即模糊的。构造出模糊和概率条件下的谈判报价模型,证明了模糊忍耐度、风险偏好和谈判者策略选择间的关系
