The paper introduces the advantages,basic components and the research developments of capsule endoscopy.The capsule endoscopy system is composed of several key parts:the capsule itself,a portable image receiver/recorder unit and battery pack,and a specially modified computer workstation.The famous capsule endoscopies in the world are M2A of Israel,Norika3of Japan and MIRO of Korean.We also have our own Capsule Endoscopy.

论述了胶囊内窥镜的优点、基本组成和国内外的最新研究进展。胶囊内窥镜由无线胶囊、便携式图像接收记录装置、电池组和计算机工作站组成。代表产品国外主要有以色列研制的“M2A” ,日本研制的“Norika3”和韩国研制的“MIRO”。我国也研制成功了自己的“胶囊内窥镜”。

The design fundamental and the wireless image transmission subsystem of the capsule endoscopy(CE)are proposed.Then a scheme based on RF chips,RF2510 and RF2917,is given.To validate the feasibility of this scheme,this paper calculated the attenuation of the signal transmitted from CE.The result shows that the signal is still strong enough for the receiver to receive after it is absorbed by the human body tissues when the signal propogate in human body.

提出了胶囊内窥镜系统及其无线图像传输子系统的设计原则,确定了基于射频芯片RF2510和RF2917的设计方案。根据电磁波传播理论,计算了胶囊在人体内发射的电磁波信号穿透人体后的达到接收器时的场强值,结果表明,体外信号强度可以达到接收的要求,从而验证了该方案的可行性。
