Test results of the recovery of overflow slag heat from a fluidized bed boiler are presented in this article. It is shown that an increase in boiler efficiency of 3.66% can be realized in this manner. An engineering economy analysis of the various schemes of fluidized bed boiler design reveals that the scheme with a slag heat recovering device to take the place of an economizer in the high temperature zone is the best option.

本文主要叙述流化床燃烧锅炉利用溢流渣热量的实测结果,表明可提高锅炉效率3.66%。对各种使用方案的技术经济问题进行了分析比较,作者认为渣热回收器用来代替高温段省煤器的方案为最好。对回收器独特的传热方式也作了详细论述。

This paper looks briefly at the effects of high-frequency welded helically finned tube bank in the boiler apparatus. By the comparison of the economizer of No.1 boiler in the self-spare power plant of Bao Shan Steel Plant with that of No.2 boiler in Yao Meng Power Plant, it is shown that the high-frequency welded helically finned tube bank is better than the bare tube bank in saving the energy and metal as well as reducing the occupied volume. 本文阐述锅炉设备使用高频焊接螺旋肋片管束的效果。通过对宝钢电厂35万KW机组1~#锅炉省煤器与姚孟电厂30万KW机组2~#锅炉省煤器的比较,说明了高频焊接螺旋肋片管束在节能、省料和使结构紧凑方面的优越性,并介绍了这种管束在运行中的积灰情况,指出了在锅炉对流受热面中用它来替代常用光管管束的前景。

In this paper the recovery-characteristics of enthalpy and exergy when latent heat, recovery heat exchanger is used as an economizer or an air preheater, and also as a low pressure .feed water heater of the power plant is discussed arid compared. Optimum scheme is proposed according to the principle of maximum exergy recovery. The positive effect on environment protection from latent heat recovery is also assessed.

本文比较了潜热回收器作为锅炉省煤器、空气预热器和火力发电厂低压加热器使用时,焓、(火用)的回收特性,从回收(火用)最大的观点出发,提出了较好的方案,评价了潜热回收对环境保护产生的积极效果。
