    92 bacteria were isolated by managing the root soil of different crops. Theywere tested stalemate culture and antibiotic function to causing disease Fusarium on agarmedium. As a result tests, 12 strains of antagonistic microorganism were further selectedfrom 92 bacteria.

Biological control i ncludes the use of (1) antagonistic microorganism, (2) natural plant_and anim al-derived fungicides and (3) induced resistance, which are available for devel op ing safer technologies for postharvest disease control. This paper presents some of the novel approaches for the control of postharvest diseases of fruits and v egetables and suggests new lines of research that could pave the way for the d evelopment of safer technology for postharvest disease control.

    化学农药对环境和农产品的污染直接影响人类的健康 ,已成为当今公众所关注的主要问题之一。为了保证农产品的卫生和安全 ,世界各国都在探索能代替化学农药的防病新技术。生物防治是近年来被证明很有成效的新途径 ,它主要是利用微生物之间的拮抗作用 ,选择对农产品不造成危害的微生物来抑制引起采后腐烂的病原真菌的生长。生物防治的研究主要包括以下三方面 :( 1 )选用有拮抗作用的微生物 ;( 2 )利用植物和动物产生的自然抗病物质 ;( 3)抗性的诱导。本文主要论述近年来生物防治领域的研究结果与进展 ,拟在为进一步开拓和发展控制采后病害的安全有效的技术提供新的思路。

    The antagonistic microorganism strains of T31(Trichoderma pseudokoningii),G1(Gliocladium sp.) and B11 (Bacillus sp.) were separated from the soil of Guangxi and they could inhibit the growth of Fusarium oxysporum to some extent .The control efficacy of T31,G1 and B11 to the watermelon wilt disease in field was about 35%~50%. T31,G1 and B11 were mixed as biocontrol agents .Some measure, such as treated the soil with organic fertilizer, were taken during the growing season...

    从西瓜、黄瓜、柑桔等作物根际中分离到的B11等芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉T31、粘帚霉G1等拮抗真菌,对防治西瓜枯萎病菌有一定抑制作用。经田间防治试验,T31、G1和B11单个菌的田间防效在35%~50%左右;施用T31、G1、B11的混合拮抗菌和采取的一些措施(有机肥作基肥,拮抗菌与杀菌霸混施)对西瓜枯萎病有更好的防治作用,防效达60%~85%。
