Finally,we suggested to apply unsaturated two or one dimensional solutions,depending upon the size of section of dam.

This paper deals with one of the important problems in the technological design of hull construc- tion-division of hull sections.Four principles of division of sections are expected viz.(1)the size of sections or blockes must be increased the lifting and transporting equipments should be sufficiently utilized;(2)the load on the labour of production must be well balanced;(3)the requirements of technology have to be satisfied;(4)the structural strength of ship should be reasonable. According to the principles of division of sections and the types of various ships,dimensions, structural arrangement and hull forms etc.,some of the different methods of practicable division for any portion of hull structure are given,such as decks,side platings,bottom platings,bulkheads,stem, stern and superstructure etc. Finally,this paper concludes that(1)the division of hull sections is an important measure for carrying out the construction plan,which also effects directly on the period of construction,initial cost and quality;(2)the division of sections must satisfy the best technological ability of welded connections when assembly being taken on the building slip,at the same time as the number of sectionsand the quantities of fitting out with equipments on the building slip have to be kept as least as possible;(3)the capacities of lifting and transporting equipments in shipyard are the chief factor of division of sections;(4) the division of hull sections itself exists many deflects which must be analysed deeply in full in order to solve the one,which acts as a vital effect.With a view not to effect on quality,some suitable solutions may be made for the other deflect.

本文就船体工艺设计中最主要的问题之一——船体分段的划分作了探讨。作者提出了分段划分的四个原别:(1)分段或总段扩大和起重运输设备的充分利用;(2)生产劳动负荷的均衡性;(3)充分满足工艺上的要求;(4)结构强度上的合理性。按照分段划分原则和各种船舶类型、尺度、结构布置以及船体线型等,对船体结构中各个部位,如甲扳,舷侧、底部、仓壁、艏、艉和上层建筑等提出了各种不同的具体划分方法。最后,得出的结论是:(1)船体分段划分是贯彻建造方案的重要措施,它还直接影响到建造周期、成本和质量;(2)分段划分必须满足在船台上安装时焊接接头的良好工艺性,同时尽可能在分段的数量以及在船台上安装零件的数量上达到最少的程度;(3)工厂起重和运输设备的能力是分段划分的主要因素;(4)船体分段的划分存在着许多矛盾,必须全面地深入地分析,找出起着主导作用的矛盾,予以解决,其他矛盾可在保证质量的前提下,进行适当的安排。
