In this paper research results of process development are reported for ammoniacal thiosulphate leaching of gold amd silver from complex sulphides concentrates.The effects on the process of such factors as reagent concentration,temperature and stirring velocity are also investigated,and a combined process of hydrometallurgy with flota- tion and the optimum operating conditions established. Enlarged tests on the process in the scale of 100kg/shift gave the overall recovery of gold,silver and copper 95.15%,81.18%...

Moreover,this process is featuring least pollution,simplification of process and better technological and economic performance.It has made a breakthrough in the field of hydrometallurgical extraction of gold and silver,and comprehensive recovery of metal values and sulphur from complex sulphides concentrates containing precious metals which are difficult to recover by single direct cyanidation.

本文报道的是以多金属硫化物金精矿中用氨性硫代硫酸盐提取金和银新工艺的研究结果。研究了浸矿剂浓度,温度及搅拌速度等因素对过程的影响,确定了选冶联合工艺流程和最优化条件。100公斤/班规模扩大试验,Au、Ag 及 Cu 的总回收率分别为(%):95.15、81.18及91.11。20吨/日规模的半工业生产可行性研究结果表明,在三年内即可收回投资。本工艺的特点在于无污染、流程简短以及技术、经济指标比较好。对难以直接氰化的复杂硫化物金精矿,本工艺提供了一个新的湿法冶金—浮选流程,以提取金和银并综合回收有价金属和硫。

The characteristics of a new surfactant named LMA-1,a noionie surfactant used for liquid membranes, are presented in this study. The emulsion prepared by LMA-1 is very stable, which resists acid and base, and swells slightly. Moreover, this surfactant matches effciently with various extractants and meets well the requirement of practrcal uses in various conditions. It has found applications in phenol and chromium removal from wastewater, recovery of metal such as tungsten and achieved very good result.
