本实验在饲喂日本(I)与中国(I)两种不同日粮水平的条件下,观察了SHN小鼠的生长发育并测定了体重、发情周期、主要器官重量、血糖、糖耐量、尿成分、癌前症状等多项生理指标。结果表明,饲喂两种饲料SHN小鼠的生长发育没有明显差异(P>0.05),饲料I能更好保持SHN小鼠的生物学特性,其乳腺癌自发率较高。尿中尿素、马尿酸、柠檬酸的含量也明显低于饲料I(P<0.05)。提示这种影响可能与饲料的营养成分有关。

按同质原则将27只无角陶塞特(♂)与藏羊(♀)的杂交一代公羔(3.5~4月龄)分为3个试验组,每组9只。采用单因子设计,研究1、0.9、0.8倍NRC营养水平全饲粮颗粒料肥育羔羊的效果。结果表明,正试期3个处理组日增重依组次为225.6、238.9、206.2g。第2、3组间日增重差异显著(P<0.05),1组日采食量极显著低于2、3组(P<0.01),1、2组料肉比极显著优于3组(P<0.01)。1倍NRC水平配方的价格太高,0.9和0.8倍NRC营养水平配方适于本地羔羊育肥生产,其中以0.9倍NRC营养水平配方最好。
