In this paper an analysis of earthquake response of the KW4-Type extra-voltage air circuit breaker and an analysis of the aseismic capability of various structures of the circuit breaker for typical earthquake waves are presented.By means of measurement and analysis,the more exact and rational mechanical model of the circuit breaker is presented.Using the finite element structural analysis program for static and dynamic response of the linear systems , the calculations of the natural vibration and the responses excited by typical earthquake wave and sinusoidal wave and the analysis of the response spectrum are completed.By means of the FFT analysis of the measured data of free vibration of the circuit breaker, the measured values of the natural frequencies of the circuit breaker are obtained.The calculated values of the natural frequencies are closely coincided with the measured ones. Some results about the aseismic capability of the circuit breaker are presented.

国产KW4型空气断路器为具有斜拉杆、灭弧室瓷套的布置不对称的结构。对该断路器的地震反应的分析需要采用合理的力学模型和适宜的计算方法。 本文通过测量和计算分析,提出KW4型断路器较合理的力学模型,确定了力学参数,应用有限元结构分析程序进行了多种结构型式的固有振动的计算以及对典型地震波和正弦波的反应的计算和反应谱分析。且通过对断路器自由振动的磁带记录作快速傅里叶分析,实测断路器的固有频率。固有频率计算值与实测值符合得很好。 本文通过对结构计算结果的比较稻分析,得出结论:贮气筒支承具有明显的减震作用,而瓷绝缘子拉杆的设置对断路器的抗震具有影响。

The study of the vacuum circuit breaker is of major concern in the article. The importance and the advantages of vacuum circuit breaker are embodied against the failures existing in the air circuit breaker. The article also formulates the structure, operating principle and main technical parameters of TDV1 vacuum circuit breaker. Introductions end up with information from which you can be aware of the testing and the real operating of the vacuum circuit breaker.

本文从空气断路器的故障情况谈到了研究真空断路器的重要性,指出使用真空断路器有很多优越性。文章介绍了TDV1型真空断路器的结构、工作原理及主要技术参数,最后还介绍了该型真空断路器的试验情况及装车试运情况。
