本文根据冈本丰彥引入平均形状变化系数u_m的三元轧制理论,推导出钢管空拔时壁厚变化的判据和计算式;并用现场生产的采样数据,建立了u_m的数学模型。该计算方法可用于钢管空拔道次较为精确的壁厚预报。
