In recent years, Prestressed Concrete long piles are universally adopted. Last year such kind of pile with length up to 27~M have been produced in this country. Now in order to meet the requirements of Shanghai Harlour works and Yangtze River Bridges, we work out a new type of prestressed concrete hollow pile of 36~M long, with a cross-section, of 55 cm square (inner diameter 40 cm.) By using temporary prestressing fittings on pick points with automatic adjustment for prestress, the pile is suitable for...

In recent years, Prestressed Concrete long piles are universally adopted. Last year such kind of pile with length up to 27~M have been produced in this country. Now in order to meet the requirements of Shanghai Harlour works and Yangtze River Bridges, we work out a new type of prestressed concrete hollow pile of 36~M long, with a cross-section, of 55 cm square (inner diameter 40 cm.) By using temporary prestressing fittings on pick points with automatic adjustment for prestress, the pile is suitable for two points pick, which gives great facilities to handling and transpotation. Besides, 18% of steel saving can still be made. This paper only presents the principle and calculations. The testing results will be given later.

年来预应力混凝土长桩在各国已广泛采用,我国在去年大躍进中亦已试行生产应用,长达27公尺,最近我校预应力混凝土桩科研小组在响应党的的科研结合生产的号召下,为上海码头工程及长江大桥工程进行36公尺的预应力混凝土长桩研究,并提出一种新的型式,既可节省18%的钢筋又可允许用两点吊运,这将给予施工方面极大便和。现在与上海筑港局协作进行试制与试验,兹特将原理部分报导,希望大家提出意见以便修正改进,至其试验报告则将于以后陆续发表。

Arch bridges have high load-bearing capacity, good durability and graceful shapes, But their application is limited due to high construction cost, In order to render a simple and convenient erection with less equipments and steel centerings, the "swing-body" method was tried out in 1976, The arch ring was divided into two half-spans and, utilizing the local topographical conditions, the hollow arch ribs (or arch trusses) were prefabricated on the two opposite banks, Using the buckleanchor system formed by the structure of arch bridge itself to-gether with steel construction units and with the aid of preinstalled circular slides made of ptfe, or of spherical hinges (lubricated by molybdenum disulfide)and steel roller wheels plus circular track plates, the two half-spans of arch ring were swung around to join with each other by winches, Through a number of actual constructions and experimental studies, the "swing-body" method for arch bridge construction has been proved to be economical, speedy and safe, Based on engineering practice, a brief account about the basic ways, design essentials, experimental studies and technic-economical comparisons of the above method is given in this paper.

拱桥承载力大,耐久性好,造型优美。但由于施工费用昂贵,降低了拱桥的竞争能力。 为使拱桥架设简便、设备精简,节省施工用钢量,于一九七六年曾试用“拱桥转体施工”的方法,将拱网分为两个半跨,分别于两岸利用地形预制拱箱(或拱桁),利用结构本身和工具结构组成扣、锚体系,借助于预设的聚四氟乙烯环形滑道(或用二硫化钼作润滑剂的球面铰加钢轮环道),用卷扬机牵引,将拱体旋转合拢。 通过一些施工实践与试验研究,证明“拱桥转体施工”具有经济、快速,安全等优点。 本文对拱桥转体施工的基本方法,设计要点,试验研究,及技术经济比较,结合工程实践作了简明扼要的论述。

According to the practical experience in past,we often adopted such a technique of high stake texture for the harbor wharf built on soft mud ground, however,the construction unit has no the equipments for carrying out the piled foundation wharf and the technical manpower,on contrary,they had quite ripe experience for constructing gravity wharf.Thus,considering the design,we should dredge out certain portion of silty mud and fill in sands, and then we made the use of hollow square which bottom side being...

在淤泥质软弱地基上的海港码头,以往的实践经验是采用高桩结构.但建设地附近砂石材料丰富,施工单位不具备搞桩基码头的设备和技术力量,而对重力式码头则有较成熟的施工经验,这样,在设计上考虑挖除部分淤泥质土,换以砂,采用底宽稍大的空心方块和空斗胸墙;在施工中采取施工顺序分段平行,控制加荷速率等措施,使淤泥质软弱地基的承载力仅为8t/m~2的情况下,建造重力式码头成为可能。
