用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶柱状电泳测定滑源苦荞、蒙87、大黑三棱、83—230、辽源一73和美国甜荞六种荞麦的过氧化物酶同工酶,结果表明:其酶谱带依次为五、五、三、三、三、二条,平均相对迁移率分别为0.310、0.289、0.297、0.276、0.288和0.380.据此.可得出:美国甜荞与前五种荞麦的地理起源和亲缘关系较远,而前五种亲缘关系较近,但又确有遗传差异.在抗病能力上.83—230>辽源—73>蒙—87>大黑三棱>滑源苦荞>美国甜荞.在抗寒能力上,滑源苦荞和蒙—87最耐寒,大黑三棱、83—230和辽源—73的耐寒性稍弱,而美国甜荞的耐寒力最差.

There were significant negative correlation between death rate and the height, root length and fresh weight. The dose of 100~200 Gy was recommended as suitable irradiation dose for tartarian buckwheat dry seeds.

The data obtained was treated with the method of analysis of variance and multi-comparison of new-multiple significant ranges. The results indicated that each dose has no obvious effect on germination rate. But the effect of inhibition on seedling height, root length, the rate of seedling...

Three different varieties of tartarian buckwheat were irradiated with various dose (100 - 500 Gy) of 60Co-? ray, and their character of seedling, the character of seedling stage and the grown-up plant in Ml were surveyed. The data obtained was treated with the method of analysis of variance and multi-comparison of new-multiple significant ranges. The results indicated that each dose has no obvious effect on germination rate. But the effect of inhibition on seedling height, root length, the rate of seedling emerging and plant height in seedling stage increased with the increase of the dose, the difference between each dose and control reached the level of 0.05 or 0.01 . To grown-up plant , different doses of ?-ray had great effect on the plant height most (the difference between each dose and control reached 0.01 level of significance), had less effect on the number of joint of the main stem and the number of branch (but the effect on different varieties vary) , and had little effecton the number of grains per plant and weight of per plant.

用不同剂量(100-500 Gy)的γ射线辐照 3个不同品种的苦荞干种子,对其幼苗的性状、M_1代苗期性状和成株性状进行调查,对所得的数据进行方差分析,同时用新复极差法进行多重比较。结果表明,各剂量对苦荞的发芽率无明显影响,但对幼苗的苗高、根长及苗期的出苗率和株高的抑制效应随剂量的增大而增大,各剂量与对照相比达0.01或0.05水平。不同剂量的射线对成株性状影响最大的是株高,各剂量间与对照相比均达0.01极显著水平;其次是主茎节数和一级分枝数,但各品种间的影响程度不同;对株粒数和株粒重无明显影响。
