Abstract The authors introduce the performance comparison test between slag portland cement and normal portland cement,which was carried out relevent to the quality problem of the mass concrete prefabricated elements in phase-Ⅱ project in Bayujuan Area of Yingkou Port,and come to the conclusion that the slag portland cement may be used for the phase-Ⅱ project if efficient measures are adopted to ensure concrete quality and technical requirements。
