在pH10.5硼砂介质中,在乳化剂OP存在下,镍与邻甲氧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(MDAA)生成黄色配合物,其最大吸收波长为538nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.7×10~5,镍含量在0~4μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,相关系数r=0.9999.本法用于人造奶油和不锈钢餐具浸泡液中镍的测定,并与丁二酮肟法对比,获得较好的结果.

In this paper,the extraction of cerium from simulate rare earths ore leac hate was studied with emulsion liquid membranes containning P204. The effect of the diffirent stir methods on mass transfer and swell evas examined. The swell rate was reduced and mass transfer rate was promoted under the condition of a bubble stir in the extraction process. At the same time-good result can be got uhen the pH value of the leachate was not adjusted.

本文研究了以P204为载体的液膜体系,从模拟离子型稀土矿浸出液中提取铈.富集稀土,考察了不同的搅拌方法对稀土矿传质和液膜溶胀的影响,当采用气泡搅拌方式时,不仅大幅度降低了溶胀率,而且对传质速率也有促进作用,浸出液可以不需要调节pH值而直接提取.达到较为理想的效果.
