The azo dyes formed by aniline diazotization and coupling are adsorbed more strongly on a hanging mercury drop electrode than aniline itself.Hence,differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry can be used for the quantitative determination of aniline by detecting the azo dyes derived from aniline.Under optimum conditions (pH=10 with buffer electrolyte NH3·H2O-NH4Cl,accumulation potential=-015 V,accumulation time=120 s,scan rate=4 mV·s-1),a sensitive,symmetric dissolution peak occurs at -0670 V.The peak current of the differential response has a linear relationship with the aniline concentration in the range of 10-9~10-6mol·L-1.Contaminated soil and waste water from dyeing and printing industry as well as the leachate from Guangzhou land filling site were used in a standard recovery test.The recoveries for these three types of samples are 982%,970%and 975%,respectively,while their relative standard deviations are 43%,40% and 33%,respectively.

This paper includes the following experiments:feed type comparision (NaCl_type or (NH 4) 2SO 4_type),NaAc addition amount,with or without paraffin in membrane phase,membrane recovery and reuse.A suitable liquid membrane system(N 205 -P 507 -kerosene-HCl) is obtained for concentrating RE from (NH 4) 2SO 4 type leachate.The concentration of RE in rich liquid from membrane can reach 102 g·L -1 with extraction efficiency of 93%.

The working problems of flow inadequacy and pipe cracking in the long distance conveying system for potassium containing mineral leachate at Turpan chemical plant were analyzed in detail.In considering the unusual geographic feature as well as the long distance of transportation and on the basis of pipe resistance and pump power calculation,a solutiou package for these problems was raised and carried out.

系统地分析吐鲁番地区化工厂钾矿浸出液长距离输送中出现流量不足、爆管等事故的原因 ,针对特殊地形长距离液体输送系统 ,通过对管阻及泵扬程计算 ,提出了解决问题的最终方案。
