老参地轮作豆科植物紫穗槐后人参土壤真菌区系数量有明显地增加。不同培养基的真菌区系数量差异性很大。不同季节对人参土壤真菌区系数量的动态变化有一定的影响。不同培养基略有差异,如马丁氏培养基和李特曼氏培养基的高峰在7月24日至8月26日出现,而赫氏培养基的高峰提前在6月25日出现。不同季节不同培养基出现频率最多的优势种为青霉属、毛霉属、木霉属、镰刀菌属和曲霉属等五个属。

The soil PH value is 6—7;the soil humidity is overlarge within Limits, i.e,too humid;the soil temperature is 14—20℃;the phosphorus and potassium furtilizer content is lest. The above—mentioned conditions which can cause the Ginshen rhizosphere to be diseased and especially can make the Cylindrocapon and Fusarium fo invade into Ginshew,are the most possible contitons for Ginshen disease.

人参病害是当前人参生产中的主要障碍之一,尤其是人参锈腐病是人参上普遍发生的一种根病,也是危害比较严重的病害之一,一般发病率在20—30%,个别严重的可达70%以上。从幼苗到各龄的人参植株均能被感染。锈腐菌——柱孢菌属(Cylindroczrpon)主要侵染根部,也能侵染根茎、越冬芽及茎基部。病原菌可由病根、土壤和昆虫传播。这种病原菌能导至降低人参质量和产量。本文主要是探索人参病害致病的适宜环境条件,为防治病害发生提供一些基本资料。

比较了属于6个属,即青霉(Penicillium)、曲霉(Aspergillus)、木霉(Trichoderma)、漆斑菌(Myrothecium)、镰孢霉(Fusarium)和腐质霉(Humicola),总计9株真菌在麦麸液体培养基中所产纤维素酶的一些生物化学性质。此外,还比较了这9株真菌在麦麸固体培养基上所产纤维素酶的活力以及对脱脂棉、水曲柳木屑、水曲柳木粉、废报纸和玉米芯糠醛废渣的糖化能力。
