    Summary: In this paper a "diamond" topological clement structure with double saurces and double sinks is given to substitute the matrix representation which is commonly applied to the analysis of 4-terminal networks. The transformation of parameters among different matrixes can be obtained simply by the deformation of the "diamond" according to our purpose. This topological method can also be applied to the problems of different ways of interconneetions between two 4-terminal networks as well as...

    Summary: In this paper a "diamond" topological clement structure with double saurces and double sinks is given to substitute the matrix representation which is commonly applied to the analysis of 4-terminal networks. The transformation of parameters among different matrixes can be obtained simply by the deformation of the "diamond" according to our purpose. This topological method can also be applied to the problems of different ways of interconneetions between two 4-terminal networks as well as to certain standard transistor amplifier circuits, of which the voltage and current gain, the input and output impedance can be directly inspected from the graphs without the cquivolent circuits and laboursomo calculations. For illustration, a trausformation of different parameters among 3 typical tansistor circuits is given;also a3-saurce and 3-sink topological structure to represent a gyrator is described.
