This paper describes briefly the main features of the gangform, its design considerations and constructional techniques, together with their relations to structural design. The design loads as well as the necessary stiffness requirement for the gangform are also discussed. 上海21层大名饭店是采用外承式大模板新工艺施工的。实践证明,这种大模板体系具有很多特点,能适应内外墙全部现浇的剪力墙或框架——剪力墙结构体系的高层建筑的施工要求。因而为高层建筑中发展工业化现浇工艺增添了新的内容。本文概述了外承式大模板体系的特点、设计方法、施工工艺及其与结构设计的关系,并对大模板设计的荷载取值及刚度要求等问题进行了探讨。 This artcle gives an analysis of hotel buildings in China and introduces the conception of guestroom—bed index. The combined member-story model analysing inelastic earthquake response of tall buildings has been presented and the corresponding programme worked out by the authors. Based on the combined member-story model, the internal forces and deformations of each member at arbitrary time including the maximum values of the above data within the history... The combined member-story model analysing inelastic earthquake response of tall buildings has been presented and the corresponding programme worked out by the authors. Based on the combined member-story model, the internal forces and deformations of each member at arbitrary time including the maximum values of the above data within the history of earthquake response can be obtained under the consideration of frame-shear wall interaction. The application of the method to the earthquake response in the design of Shanghai Guest Hotel is described in this paper. The hotel is 27 stories high and being constructed. It is one of the primary attempts to apply the method of time history analysis in practical design of tall buildings in China. The dynamic analysis shows that there are some advantages of the method of direct integration by comparison with the current aseismic code of China and that the combined member-story model is more benificial than the story model for practical design. 本文应用作者提出的杆系——层间模型弹性和弹塑性地震反应分析力法,对27层的上海宾馆进行了动态分析。这是国内把直接动力法用于实际高层建筑工程设计的初步尝试之一,该工程已在施工中。采用直接动力法能弥补现行抗震规范的一些不足之处,同时,杆系——层间模型用于实际工程设计比层模型为好。
