NaCl also significantly influenced the isoperoxidadsse zymograms,and inhidited the activity of peroxidase. The acivity of peroxidase decreased as the NaCl concentration increased. The contents of amino acids of protein were not influenced by NaCl. The species of 8 main amino acidsof protein were negatively correlative with the NaCl concentration. The peroxidase activity and the contents of several main amino acids of protein can be used as the physiological and biochemical index for evaluating and selecting salttolerance cell clones. In addition, the salt endurance of the cell clone L86-Ⅱ in this experiment was'higher than L76-Ⅰ.

Experiments on the characterization of salt-endurance of Five graminaceous herbage species were conducted in Heilonggang region in Huang-Huai-Hai Plain.The results showed that the herbages could endure up to 0.3%to 0.4%salt content in soil at seedling stages,and during vigourous growth stases the salt endurances could be up to 0.5%to 0.7%.High yield was got when the selected herbages were grown on saline-alkali soil.

供试5种禾本科牧草的耐盐力出苗期为0.3%~0.4%,生长中期为0.5%~0.7%。在盐碱地上种植表现良好,可在黄淮海平原黑龙港地区的中度盐渍土上进行栽培利用。
