In this paper some numerical solutions of the pulsatile flow in the aorta with a branching artery (radial artery) are obtained. In particular, a pressure pulsewave in the radial artery is computed and the correspondence of the numerical result with an observed pressure pulse-wave is satisfactory. The observed wave is recorded with a transducer in the same position. It seems to be possible to study changes in the arterial system of human patients by means of pulse-wave analysis.

本文考虑到血液粘度与动脉管壁的非线性特性,利用特征线法数值求解了主动脉和一根分枝动脉(桡动脉)中的脉搏流。得到的桡动脉压力波形与实测波形相似,而且改变某些生理参数能得到平缓脉、弦脉和滑脉所对应的波形,从而为解释中医脉象机理提供了一种方法,或许有可能通过脉搏波的分析求研究动脉系统的病变。

Preliminary studies on the pulsatile and steady state flow performance of yak pericardium valve have been carried out. Comparative studies with the hydrodynamic data of current commercial valves, showed that yak pericardium valve met with the requirements of hydrodynamic performance considered suitable for clinical use.

In this paper we survey some recent developments in microcirculatory fluid mechanics, includig asymmetric flow, pulsatile flow, network theories and the leucocytes in microcirculation. Some of these topics were not studied seriously in the past, some were yet untouched. Because of their very importance many scientists, both at home and abroad, arepaying more attention to them. It can be seen, however, that much is still in a tentative and qualitative state, much remains to be done. Important development is yet to come. It is certain that the participation of the fluid mechanics workers in the studies of microcirculation will make hemodynamics at this level be better understood, and promote development of fluid mechanics itself as well,

微循环作为一个交叉学科,是一个全新的研究领域。本文介绍了流体力学在微循环研究中的一些新发展,包括红细胞的非对称形状、位置或膜的旋转引起的非对称流动、心脏及微血管运动引起的脉动流、微血管床网络理论的发展及白细胞在微血管中的流动特性等。提出了需要进一步解决的一些问题,讨论了这些现象的生理意义。这些问题,以往研究不多,有的甚至尚未触及。但是由于其重要性,近年来受到了国内外学者越来越多的关注。可以看出,目前的研究仍然是初步的、定性的,许多工作有待于将来。广大流体力学工作者加入到微循环研究的行列中来,必将使流体力学的基本原理在这一领域中获得广泛深入的应用,并且推动流体力学本身向前发展。
