Human whole blood exhibits the viscoelastic behavior at low shear rate. The viscoeiastic, properties can be measured with a sinusoidal shear flow. The study of the dependence of viscoelastic properties of human whole blood of the frequency of sinusoidal shear flow is favourable to the understanding of the essence of viscoelasticity of blood. Using the low shear-30 rheometer, we investigated the relationship between the viscoelasticity of blood and frequency of shear flow at very low frequency (0.0401-0.259Hz)....

Human whole blood exhibits the viscoelastic behavior at low shear rate. The viscoeiastic, properties can be measured with a sinusoidal shear flow. The study of the dependence of viscoelastic properties of human whole blood of the frequency of sinusoidal shear flow is favourable to the understanding of the essence of viscoelasticity of blood. Using the low shear-30 rheometer, we investigated the relationship between the viscoelasticity of blood and frequency of shear flow at very low frequency (0.0401-0.259Hz). The results demonstrated that while the frequencyoof sinusoidal shear flow was increased, the viscous component η′, teh leastic component η″ and relaxation time λ of human whole blood decreased exponentially. On the contrary, the shear elastic modulud G'increased linearly with increase of the frequency. Empirical equations were developed to describe the relation of frequency to η′, η″, λ and G′. The physical and physiological significance of the four viscoelastic parameters and their application in the clinical hemorheology was discussed.

研究血液粘弹性对正弦剪切流频率的依从关系,有助手深入了解血液粘弹性的本质。作者采用LowShear—30流变测定仪研究正弦剪切频率很低情况下(0.0401—0.259Hz)血流粘弹性与频率的关系,其结果;当正弦剪切流频率增高时,人血液粘性分量η′、弹性分量η″和松弛时间λ均呈指数曲线样下降。剪切弹性模量G′则随频率增高而线性增大。本文建立经验方程以描述频率f与η′、η″、λ和G′之间的关系,并讨论了这四个粘弹性参数的物理、生理意义这将有助于这些参数在临床血液流变学上的应用。

This paper describes a part of the experiments concerning the viscoelasticity of human blood, which are based upon the theories lead by the authors. The data from the experiments are compared with those in the literatures. The effect of cell hematocrit on viscoelasticity is especially discussed and a new viscoelasticity index is defined to eliminate this effect.

The results showed that although the effect of RBC Hematocrit on viscoelasticity is very signifinant, it can be eliminated by defining a new complex viscoelasticity parameter L*,which is independent of the hematocrit and can be considered as a useful parameter for establishing the normal range of viscoelasticity of human blood. Added to this, the results suggest that EDTA can be used as a recommendable anticoagulant.

提出一种关于血液粘弹性测量的校正方案.一套关于平均切变率(或测头振动频率)、抗凝剂、红细胞压积和红细胞聚集等因素对粘弹性测量值影响的实验证实了这一方案的可用性.同时,实验结果表明,尽管红细胞压积的影响十分显著,仍然可以通过定义一个新的复数型的粘弹性参数L~(?)来消除这一影响.因此,该参数对建立血液粘弹性的人群正常值范围有实际意义,实验结果还显示、测量时用EDTA作抗凝剂为宜.
