This paper discussed the casting technique of the winding barrel used on metallurgical crane of 140 ton capacity for lifting and transferring spout ladle or ingots etc. Qualitative problems encountered during casting of the winding barrel such as shrinkage hole, inferior in graphite spheroida- zation and non-metallic inclusions are similar to those emerged in casting process of other thick-walled spheroidal graphite iron castings. Satisfac- tory experimental results and good products were obtained...

设计冷矫辊式钢板矫正机时,首先必须确定它的结构参数:辊距t,辊身长L,矫正辊直径D和辊数n。在这些参数中,t、D为主要参数。但是,迄今对这些参数的确定仍然完全依靠经验或类比的方法进行选择,缺乏建立在理论分析基础上的计算方法。本文根据冷矫辊式钢板矫正机的工作特点和矫正过程原理,结合“咬入条件”,得出计算t与D的公式。按本文公式得出的计算结果,与现在以经验选择为基础的矫正机系列(草案)所提出的数值相比较,绝大部分互相符合,所以,本文得出的计算公式可以做为冷矫辊式钢板矫正机系列化、标准化的依据,以及设计这些矫正机时的参考。
