Using the solution of the differential equations of such a system, the characteristics of the free vibrations of <font color=red >tractor</font> is analysed. The two partial frequencies ("constrained frequencies" )are suggested to be the fundamental critenia for wheel <font color=red >tractor</font> riding quality.
