In this study,the cephalometrics was used for the analysis in relationship between the structures of cranio-base and facial types on the normal occlusion and ClassⅡand ClassⅢmalocclusions.The results shown that the structures of the cranio-base is quite permanent.The existences and developments of ClassⅡ and ClassⅢmalocclusions often don't accompany the changes of the structures of the cranio-base.On the other hand,either normal occlusion or ClassⅡand ClassⅢmalocclusions,there are negative interrelations...

In this paper; We have studied the crystal growth of hydroxyapatite in the presence of the intactand damaged collagens. The results indicated that the abnormal collagens containing Type Ⅰ collagenaccelerate crystal growth, but on the other hand the normal collagans inhibit. 本文研究了在异常胶原蛋白存在下,羟基磷灰石晶种成长过程和固相结晶学性质的特殊表现。结果表明,这种异常的含Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的基质由原来Ⅱ型胶原蛋白的抑制矿化作用,转变为促进矿化,并使固相结晶状态趋于无序,迅速形成大量不规则的晶体,可能是关节变大而且晶体组装变成无序的原因。
