采用溶血试验、细胞毒性试验和急性短期口服毒性试验,对新型牙科材料plat铸造陶瓷的生物相容性进行评价,结果表明:Plat铸造陶瓷平均溶血率为3.93%,按ISO标准属于正常范围(<5%);Plat铸造陶瓷对体外培养的L929细胞的生长、附着和增殖无明显抑制作用;将Plat铸造陶瓷生理盐水悬浮液给小白鼠灌胃,动物未出现全身毒性症状,生长发育未受到不良影响。
