In this paper,a method of heating anaerobic digester with solar pond is proposed,the aim of the method is to increase the production rate of biogas,so that the anaerobic digester can operate during the whole year.The feasibility of the method is discussed.The amount of heat required for heating the anaerobic digester is evaluated,and the temperature variation of the solar pond during operation is analyzed.As an example,the operation parameters of the solar pond in Beijing is evaluated,and the economical feasibility is estimated.The results of analyses and calculations indicate that,the temperature of the anaerobic digester is raised to about 30-35℃,so that the production rate of biogas is substantially increased,and the anaerobic digester can operate during the whole year,even in the winter in northern area.

This paper introduces the result of the production of biogas from sugar beet residues by applying the 5 m3 downflow biofilm anaerobic fermenter and the results of cultu-ring the edible fungi by applying the residues of biogas fermentation from sugar beet residues.The comparative experiment of culturing mushroom was done by using sawdust, waste cottonseeds, residues of biogas fermentation from sugar beet residues and sugar beet residues. The result shows that the residues of biogas fermentation from sugar beet residues used for culturing edible fungi obtains a good yield, the yield of mushroom increased 9.3% and 32.7% than using sawdust and waste cottonseeds respectively.

A study of anaerobic biotreatment of chloromycetin wastewater was carried out.The results showed that:(1) The average COD and BOD 5 concentration of chloromycetin wastewater were 30 6g/L and 7 72g/L,respectively.Judged by the ration of BOD 5 to COD and degradation kinetics,the wastewater was not easy to treat biologically.(2) Calcium oxide could remove some of the COD and neutralize the acid,and could therefore be used in the pretreatment.(3) Because of the inhibition from substrate,the inflow COD concentration should be controled below 6000 mg/L.(4) The anaerobic reactor performance was good and some operation parameters were as follows:average HRT 1 day;influent COD 4613 mg/L;effluent COD 1067 mg/L;average COD removal 77%;BOD 5 removal above 95%;average volumetric COD loading rate and volumetric biogas production rate 4.67 kg/(m 3 d) and 0.99m 3/(m 3·d) respectively;methane content of biogas 72%.

对氯霉素合成废水的厌氧生物处理作了研究。结果表明:(1)氯霉素合成废水的平均COD浓度高达306g/L,但平均BOD5浓度仅为772g/L。BOD5/COD比值为0253。从BOD5/COD比值和降解动力学来评定,氯霉素废水属于生物处理可行性较难的工业废水。(2)石灰兼备中和酸性与去除一定量COD的双重作用,可用于该废水的预处理。(3)由于基质的抑制性,在反应器的操作中,应将废水COD浓度控在6000mg/L以下。(4)反应器的运试结果良好。平均水力停留时间100天;平均进水COD浓度4613mg/L;平均出水COD浓度1067mg/L;平均COD去除率77%;BOD5去除率达95%以上;平均容积COD负荷和容积产气率分别为467kg/(m3d)和099m3/(m3d),沼气的甲烷含量为72%。
