According to the method of calculation for falling-film absorption tower presented by G. Guerreri and his co-warker, we have made further analysis for the feature of heat and mass transfer in the tower in this paper. Based on this, we have improved the mathematical model, prepared a program and selected the valuable data in physical chemistry field from different calculations. As the length of falling-film tube obtained from our calculation has been compared with that calculated from the try-error method...

According to the method of calculation for falling-film absorption tower presented by G. Guerreri and his co-warker, we have made further analysis for the feature of heat and mass transfer in the tower in this paper. Based on this, we have improved the mathematical model, prepared a program and selected the valuable data in physical chemistry field from different calculations. As the length of falling-film tube obtained from our calculation has been compared with that calculated from the try-error method presented by G. Guerreri, the resulting is entire coincidence. Then we have used the program in design of a pilot plant of an integrated ammonia-urea production. When the concentration. of ammonia in exit gas is 0.5%, the length of the falling. film tube for the preparation of 65% by weight of aqueous ammonia solution has been taken as 15.5 meters.

本文在Guerreri等作者提出的计算降膜式氨吸收塔的基础上,进一步分析了该塔型的热量与质量同时传递特性,从而完整了数学模型,编制了计算程序,考选了主要物化数据;并与Guerreri试差法计算的降膜管长度作了比较,数据一致。在此基础上,将本程序用于大联尿中试车间设计,当出塔气相氨浓为0.5%、制备65%重量浓度氨水时,降膜管长度是15.5米。

This paper gives the search of mathematical model for experiment in 1—4 parallel-counter flow heat exchanger in our chemical engineering laboratory. If the computing technique is applied to the model given in this paper, it is possible to simulsate the experimental operation mathematically. The relative error between the calculating results of the computer and the values measured is less than 5%.

For the case where the oxygen concentration of the liquid air after throttling is in the range of 30~38% O_2, similar mathematical relations are derived. The relation between the evaporation rate and the heat load of liquid-air subcooler is very nearly a straight line. Typical curves of the vapor-phase and the liquid-phase compositions after throttling has been drawn, using data of phase equilibrium calculated with the help of a digital computer.

本文根据液态空气节流前含氧量变化范围常在36~40%O_2及含氩量相当小(<2%Ar)的特点,将气液相平衡曲线的某一段用直线方程式代表,探讨了用比较简便的近似数学关系式直接计算出气化率与气相、液相组分的可能性;改进了传统的作图法的缺点。对于有些生产设备,液空节流后氧组分可能出现30~38%的少数情况,也用类似的方法提出了相应的公式。在探讨计算方法时,初步确定了气化率与液空过冷器热负荷的关系很接近于直线关系,並绘制了典型的节流后气液相组分的变化曲线。应用电子计算机计算有关相平衡的数据。
