Wehave adopted the the bioeconomio model which is based on both Scheafer model andFox model, to discuss the problem of profit, energy consumption and employment ofthe fishery. The values of the maximum revenue (U_(max).),optimum economic effort(f_(oop)) and optimum energy consumption (O_(opt)) were estimated. These values are pres-ented in table 2. If the bed economic result is the managemen objective of the fisherywe can get the maximum revenue (U_(max)=19.65 millions) and the optimum energyconsumption when the level of the effort is (f_(eop)=2900). Comparing to the resultobtained from the management objective of maximum sustained yield, the revenuewould increase 15. 5% and the energy consumption would be decreasd 26.8%. But theyield would reduce 7.2% about 2000 tons. If the employment is the management ob-jective of the fisheries, the effort might be controlled to 5400. Comparing to the resultof the best economic result. the employment would be increased 76.8%, but the reveuewould reduce 35.2% and the energy consumption would be increased 78.9%.

The composition of the faunas of economic marine fish and non-verbebrate animals commonly harvested in our off-sea fisheries is omplex.Generally speaking,it mainly consists of the species of tropical,sub-tropical and temperature zones.Among them the predominent ones are originated from Indo-Western Pacific tropical and sub-tropical species.They are widely distributed in the range of the south Sea,the East Sea and the eastern sea area of the Taiwan Island.On the contrary,in the areas near to the northern part of the Yellow Sea and Po Hai(Po Sea),especially the central and northern parts of the Yellow Sea,which covers not too wide an area,the predominent fish are originated from the cold water and warm water species of northern pacific temperature zone. Though their harvest occupies a considerable ratio of the catch yield,from a taxonomic view point the temperature species possess only a small propotion.

我国近海渔业生产上习见的经济鱼类和无脊椎动物的区系组成较复杂。总的说来,以热带、亚热带和温带系成分为主,其中占突出重要地位的是来源于印度一西太平洋的热带和亚热带种,它们广泛分布于南海、东海和台湾以东广大海区,而偏在北部的黄、渤海,特别是黄海北、中部这一范围不大的局部海区,则以起源于北太平洋温带区的冷水种和温水种占优势,在整个中国海区的经济种类中,尽管温带种的产量不少,但其种数所占的比例极少。

This paper studied the types and the characteristics of distribution and the monthIy fluctuation of distribution density of valued larvae in coastal water of Zhejiang.The result showed: (1) The most concentrated one of the investigated areas was along the line of Bi Xia, Wang Long, Shu Lang, Hu Lu and Yang An; i. e. along the twenty-metre isobath curve and its nearby areas. The distribution density steped down westwards. At the ten-metre isobath, the amount of valued larvae decreased notably except Stromateaides...

(3) In the late part of 1930s, the sequence of the amount of valued larvae war Pseudosciaena crocea, Pseudosciaena polyaetus Bleeker, Trichiurus haumela (Forskal), Sepeilla maindroni, and Stromateoides argenteus (Bennett); In 1980s, the order, according the catch by set gill net, is Trichiurus hanmelu (Forskal), Pseudosciaena crocea, Sepiella maindroni, Stromateoides argenteus (Euphrasen), and Ilisha elongata.In the last part the paper put forward some suggestions for the management of set-net fishery.

本文对浙江北部沿岸海域经济鱼类幼鱼的分布类型、分布特点及其密度分布的逐月变化进行了分析,对经济鱼类幼鱼的数量变动进行了探讨。结果表明:①调查区内经济鱼类幼鱼的分布以碧霞、黄龙、鼠狼、葫芦、洋鞍一线,即20米等深线附近最密集,向西其密度逐渐递减,至10米等深线,除银鲳鳓鱼外,幼鱼数量显著减少;②在时序上6—8月份是经济鱼类幼鱼数量和种类出现最多的月份;③三十年代末期,经济鱼类幼鱼的数量顺序依次为小黄鱼、大黄鱼、带鱼、无针乌贼、银鲳、鳓鱼,八十年代张网渔获物中幼鱼的数量依次变为带鱼、大黄鱼、无针乌贼、银鲳、灰鲳、鳓鱼。最后提出了张网渔业管理的几点设想。
