This paper describes a new comprehensive drying cabin which combines the techniques of solar energy drying, far-infrared heating and steam-heating. It discusses the basic conception, the designing principles and the selection of designing parameters and presents calculations of the design. In this paper, we present tests on the infrared spectrum absorption curves of 7 kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs, such as huaishan, apricot seeds, angelica roots etc and the matching between these absorption curves and the cabin's radiation spectrum curves of low-heat far-infrared paint. Meanwhile, this paper also gives the experimental results of drying some chinese medicinal herbs by using the solar energy drying cabin.

本文叙述了一种将太阳能干燥技术、远红外加热技术与蒸气采暖技术结合为一体的新型综合干燥装置。就其设计原理、基本构思以及有关设计参数的选定,进行了论述与计算。并对淮山、杏仁、当归等7种中草药红外吸收光谱曲线进行了测试,给出了它们与该装置所用的低温远红外涂料的发射光谱曲线的匹配情况。文中还给出了利用太阳能干燥装置对几种中草药进行干燥加工试验的结果。

In use and spreading of solar-energy drying facility (SEDF) ,it is one of the key points to solving dewfall problem in the high humidity inside of SEDF. Through analysis, it is known that as long as the phenomenon of dewfall is constrained upon the inside wall, dewfall inside the drying facility can be basically tackled. On this basis, a dewfall-preventive system is established inside SEDF. A preliminary test shows that, in the system, exchanging air, heating or exchanging air and heating...

In use and spreading of solar-energy drying facility (SEDF) ,it is one of the key points to solving dewfall problem in the high humidity inside of SEDF. Through analysis, it is known that as long as the phenomenon of dewfall is constrained upon the inside wall, dewfall inside the drying facility can be basically tackled. On this basis, a dewfall-preventive system is established inside SEDF. A preliminary test shows that, in the system, exchanging air, heating or exchanging air and heating combination can be used to take precautions against the phenomenon of dewfall inside SEDF, with remarkable effects, and being characterized by lower energy consumption and maneuverability. It is of significance to improve and consummate the solar-energy drying technique with the application of this study.

解决太阳能干燥设施内高湿条件下的结露问题是应用和推广太阳能谷物干燥技术的难点之一。经研究分析认为,只要能抑制内壁表面结露现象,就可基本上解决干燥设施内的结露问题,在此基础上,建立了太阳能干燥设施内结露预防系统。初步试验表明,该系统利用换气、加温或换气与加温组合的方法来预防太阳能干燥设施内的结露现象,其效果是明显的,而且具有节能、操作简便等优点。该项研究对太阳能干燥技术的改进和完善有一定的意义,且具有潜在的技术价值和应用前景。
