The mode of access to overseas market is an important issue in the research of retail internationalization. Traditional studies only paid much attention to access approaches such as joint venture, wholly self-owned corporation, merger & acquisition, franchising, etc. Gielens-Dekimpe hypothesis initiated a new paradigm in this area and considered other strategies closely related with access approach. The mode of access to overseas market is an important issue in the research of retail internationalization. Traditional studies only paid much attention to access approaches such as joint venture, wholly self-owned corporation, merger & acquisition, franchising, etc. Gielens-Dekimpe hypothesis initiated a new paradigm in this area and considered other strategies closely related with access approach. Besides the access approach, the modes of access to overseas market also included access scale, access order, expansion speed and industry format choice.

海外市场进入模式问题是零售国际化领域的一个研究重点。传统研究仅仅关注于合资、独资、并购、特许等海外市场进入方式,吉尔恩斯—德克普假说开创了该领域研究的新范式,考虑到了与海外市场进入方式密切相关的一些策略组合。零售商海外市场进入模式不仅仅包括进入方式,还包括海外市场进入规模、进入顺序与扩张速度以及海外市场进入的业态选择。

In the marketization of urban public utilities in China,franchising is currently confronted by some major problems,such as inadequate government supervision,promises being broken,ineffective pricing mechanism,poor contract design,and lack of laws and regulations.A task of top priority is to tighten supervision,improve contract design and pricing mechanism,establish a rational institutional system,and add impetus to the marketization of public utilities in China.

当前,特许经营制在我国城市公用事业市场化中面临着政府监管不力、承诺失信、定价机制不全,合同设计不完善、法律法规缺乏等主要问题。加强监管、完善合同设计和定价机制,建立合理的制度体系,推动我国公用事业市场化顺利进行,乃当务之急。
