镍锌系列的热压铁氧体,具有比较好的机械加工性能及很好的热稳定性,适宜于制做磁鼓、磁盘机的浮动磁头以及全铁氧体化的多路磁头,本文系统地研究了不同含铁量的镍锌铁氧体[(NiO)_(0.32)(ZnO)_(0.68)(Fe_2O_3)x](x=0.96,0.98,1.00,1.02,1.04)及不同合镍量的镍锌铁氧体[(1-y)NiO·yZnO·Fe)_2O_3](y=0.65,0.60,0.55,0.50)的低频磁导率随磁场和温度的变化以及磁头工作频段内的磁谱.在此基础上得到的两种热压Ni—zn 铁氧体:N—Ox—4型及 N—OX—8型具有优良的性能.
