    This paper deals with the forming process of fish-scale fracture in W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel. The formation of the coarse grains of fish-scale fracture is in a nonhomogeneous recrystalline process driven by the distorted energy and not by the interface energy, and controlled by the "resolution" of dispersed carbides precipitated in early reheating stage.     This paper deals with the forming process of fish-scale fracture in W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel. Furthermore, the new technique for the preventing and eliminating of the fish-scale fracture has been invented. It is confirmed by experiments that the "stabilizing treatment" of 45 minutes might prevent the formation of fish-scale fracture and that of 95 minutes might eliminate the fish-scale fracture to remedy the waste tools owing to the fish-scale fracture, as well as the increasimg of bending strength and the impact toughness.

    本文研究了 W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢萘状断口的形成过程。发现萘状断口的形成是由于淬火高速钢在重复加热过程中奥氏体不均匀再结晶的结果。而这种不均匀再结晶可能与二次加热时,析出的弥散碳化物的回溶有关。我们还发现,萘状断口存在顽强的组织遗传性,这就是截至目前消除萘状断口存在一定困难的原因所在。针对萘状断口的形成机理及其顽强遗传的特点,我们试验成功一种预防和消除萘状断口的“稳定化处理”新工艺。实验证明,经45分钟“稳定化处理”,可代替中间退火,预防萘状断口的发生;95分钟“稳定化处理”可消除萘状断口,从而可挽救因萘状断口或过热而报废的工具,并使组织有所细化,机械性能有不同程度的提高。

    In this paper, the technique of superplastic pretreatment and superplastic deformation of the industrial aluminun alloy LY12 are investigated. The result shows that the superplasticity and stablly refined grains can be obtained through suitable thermo-meehanieal processing and stabilizing treatment. The elongation is 255%, and the value of m is about 0.3~0.36 at the 430℃, (?)=1.67×10~(-3)S~(-1).

    本文对工业铝合金LY12的超塑性预处理工艺及超塑性拉伸变形进行了试验与研究分析。结果表明:经过一定的锻造热变形与稳定化处理后,可以得到较细小均匀稳定的晶粒组织,具有超塑性性能,在430℃,ε=1.67×10~(-3)S~(-1)时,延伸率δ为255%,m值为0.3~0.36,它提供了利用超塑性成形的可能性。
