The three-dimensional finite element method is used to deal with the travelling eddy current electromagnetic field calculation in a turbogenerator. The effect of teeth, slots and ventilating ducts are considered with equivalent permeability. The variation of the energy function in the three-dimensional travelling field is proved to be independent of angle . A type QFQS-200-2 turbogenerator is used as the model and the results of calculation are in good agreement with those obtained in test.

本文在全面地考虑了汽轮发电机内部复杂结构和定子铁芯材料非线性的条件下,应用有限元法,求解了三维行波涡流电磁场的问题;针对定子齿槽和通风沟的影响,提出了等效磁导率的解决方法;证明了在三维行波场的有限元计算中,泛函的变分与圆周角θ无关.文中以QFQS-200-2型汽轮发电机为例,作了典型工况的计算,计算结果与实测值是吻合的.

In this paper a weak solution formula of 3D eddy current field equation is derived by using Galerkin finite element method, and it is converted into a quasi-3D eddy current magnetic field formula, which can be used for the analysis of magnetic field in the end region of a large turbogenerator. In the paper the eddy current magnetic field in the end region of a 300MW turbogenerator is calculated as well.

本文采用Galerkin有限元法推导了三维,准三维涡流磁场的弱解形式.并利用所得结果,计算了一台三十万千瓦汽轮发电机端部磁场.

According to the anslysis and improvment of Goodman's method and local least squares method,a novel least squares iterative algorithm is presented. 本文论述了用影响系数法计算动平衡校正质量的有关问题。在分析和改进Goodman法、局部最小二乘法之后,提出了一个新颖的最小二乘迭代算法。在IBM—PC/AT机上的仿真计算,在摸拟30万kW大汽轮发电机组转子系统上的试验以及在火电厂机组现场的动平衡试验,表明了其结果是较理想的。在选择校正质量的幅值和相位下,残余振动的计算值和实测数据接近。说明了本计算方法及程序具有实用和推广价值。
